How are orders delivered and how much does delivery cost?
We deliver orders throughout the Republic of Serbia in cooperation with GLS, AKS and Post Express courier services.

Delivery costs 590 RSD and is calculated automatically at checkout. For larger products or shipments with special requirements, the delivery charge may be adjusted. The customer will be informed in good time before the order is dispatched.

Once we have received and processed your order, you will receive a confirmation, followed by delivery information when the parcel is dispatched.

How long does delivery take?

We send the product you ordered by express courier. Once we hand over the parcel,
we no longer have any control over delivery times and cannot be held responsible for any delays or
failure to deliver the product.

How is the ordered product packed?

Packaging for delivery is just as important to us as the product itself. Our packaging
securely protects the products against breakage. Products are packed in a cardboard box,
with polystyrene, bubble wrap and wood wool.
