Painting “DANDELION”

A delicate, symbolic depiction of a female figure transforming into a dandelion flower, a metaphor for freedom, transience and the power of thoughts that travel like seeds on the wind.

Vera Bikicki Ivezić was born in 1980 in Belgrade. She completed specialist studies in the painting department at the Academy of Fine Arts under Professor Vladimir Veličković in 2009. She graduated from both the painting and graphic design departments at the Academy of Fine Arts. She has been a member of ULUS since 2008. She has held nine solo exhibitions and participated in several group exhibitions. She lives and works in Belgrade.
